She is named after Alan Poes Poem Ghost of the Sea. This lady has come to rest after serving as a working trawler in Brixham. She has great character and has lovely timber floors to most of the cabins.
She presents a great opportunity for a couple to live in safe and pleasant surroundings. There is a strong community feel to the marina where she is moored. You would never feel lonely here, however if you only want your own company then thats fine too! Private car parking facilities via security barriers. Main commuter links are only approximately 15 minutes drive (motorway and train links). She would benefit from more investment but try finding a 1 bedroom home for this sort of investment!
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
