Broom was founded in 1898 by Charles J Broom at first building individual sailing vessels for the local gentry to sail on the wide open spaces of the Norfolk Broads. Over the course of the next 100 years Broom have gone from strength-to-strength, offering innovation and quality hand craftsmanship. Last antifouled Spring 2015. Valid British Inland Waterways Certificate new 2015.

The Broom 37 Continental offers 7 berths in three cabins. The spacious forward cabin with “V” berth, which converts to a double, with ample storage lockers and, full length deep wardrobes with storage locker. Anchor chain locker access. The washroom on the port side offers sink and shelf unit with hot & cold taps, a Jabsco marine toilet, refurbished 2015, storage cabinet below sink, easy clean surfaces.

Saloon, lower helm position with full instrumentation. Large seating area converting into a double berth, teak dining table with folding leaves, access to port and starboard decks via side doors. New Eberspacher diesel cabin heating fitted in 2015

Aft Cabin, has a double berth and a single berth with padded side linings, each with shelf and side locker, overhead reading lights, dressing table, large shelf, overhead light, four drawers with double fronted wardrobe. En-suite comprises of a sink unit with hot and cold water, with locker below, Jabsco marine toilet (new 2015) , shower, mirror, shaver socket, wooden shower grate with easy clean surfaces.

Galley comprises of a stainless steel sink and drainer with hot and cold water with storage below, equipped 4 burner ring gas cooker, (new 2015) with microwave, 12V & gas Fridge unit new 2015, open crockery storage shelving unit, cutlery drawer. The water is heated via an Immersion fed from a 100 gallon tank.
