The engine overhaul has just been done 560 € HT, and the boat came out for maintenance in Menton, 2 layers + epoxy keel, cost 3200 euros this year, The future owner is ok for 2 years. For the engine hours, had 700 h at the time of the purchase. Unfortunately, the Hour meter only shows the updated value from time to time, but owner only consume 50 liters of diesel per year, which corresponds to about 20 or 25 h per year. So at worst, has only reached 875 h which is negligible, estimated the age limit at 4000h. The VOLVO technician informed the owner that the hour meter does not lose its value even if it does not display it anymore and that it was enough to send back the concerned electronic part to the manufacturer. Until 1 month ago, the owner I didn't think of selling the boat so I didn't do anything about it.

In addition to the financial efforts t also on the Plastimo carbon gangway at 1800 € foldable, had a stainless steel support made, which makes it unnecessary to dismantle it during sailing and that it is ready in 15 seconds when returning from sailing. A word on the survival too, Plastimo 8p in container, acquired 3 years ago and which comes out of revision, the future owner is covered for 3 years.

The electronics are the original ones. However, the VHF was replaced because owner wanted a VHF with GPS and AIS (receiver). So in case of a problem, a single button can send a may day. In addition, It is connected the VHF to the OPENCPN and thus monitor your sailing on the screen from your laptop in the boat. In the cockpit, you can use a GARMIN portable GPS (not included in the inventory).
So the electronics provided by Bénéteau include .
- ELECTRONICS RAYMARINE
LOCH-SPEEDO-SOUNDER ST60
WINDVANE-ANEMOMETER ST60
AUTOPILOT ST6001+ LS 40
GPS/PLOTTER RAYCHART 530
- VHF replaced by VHF GX2200E AIS/GPS + external handset CMP31 I bought a SEIWA FT70 (ex-Ocean 7T) card reader for the cockpit, the holder is mounted, but unfortunately it is broken. So I did not put it in the inventory.
The most important thing in all this is undoubtedly the pilot, who is irreproachable, I only steer under sail to enjoy myself. If I'm on the engine, it's the pilot who does the job.

Broker's Comments
This is a nice example of the Oceanis 411 Celebration performance model.
She has been very well maintained and improved by its factitious owner.
She has a Mainsail full batten on ball trolley, electric winch for the mainsail halyard, 2 sockets of reefs,
a Genoa 2023 ELVSTROM triradial for easy manoeuvring from the cockpit.
The Volvo engine exhaust elbow was changed in 2020 and she has the benefit of a bow thruster.
Very comfortable owner's cabin with its bed with access to the side which avoids having to crawl. New mattress box spring for added comfort.
