Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
This boat's interior and exterior is in good condition for its age. Indeed the interior has been intelligently designed, with a separate fore-cabin and second double berth and cleverly included hanging wet-locker space in the saloon. The boat has been well maintained throughout its ownership, including regular engine servicing and sail care.
When I visited the boat, I was impressed by its range of potential, as a result of its design and construction. The spacious cockpit and foredeck, wide side decks and efficient (single-handed) rig, combine with a responsive, yet solid, hull. This boat therefore provides the opportunity for competitive club racing, alongside extended cruising for families, groups and single-handed sailors.
