Broker's Comments
This Connoisseur 1275 is a typical Norfolk Broads ex-charter boat that the current owner acquired from his parents and moved to the south coast. It is very spacious with several cabins.
It has a Nanni 43hp engine fitted in 2016, which starts and seems to run well.
The owner has refitted the galley but does not use gas, only electric.
There was a survey in 2019 when his parents acquired it and various issues identified were addressed.
A feature of this model is the centre part of the coach roof can be winched back to expose the sky. It makes a very pleasant open air lounge but I noticed the plastic windows aft of the sliding roof do need attention.
The boat is on a drying mooring.
It's quite habitable but a new owner may want to improve certain areas to their taste.
This boat could make a spacious stay-aboard or liveaboard and the functioning engine could enable it to navigate some inland waterways and rivers under appropriate conditions.
