This Maritime 21, is a sturdy, craftsman built and seaworthy boat of which over 300 have been produced locally in Teignmouth by Chris Humphries, for a variety of purposes, ranging from commercial fishing boats to differing coach house layouts for leisure boating.
This Maritime 21 offers a capacious cockpit, secure wheelhouse with galley and a forepeak with twin berths and marine toilet.
She has a full and easily removable canopy with side and stern panels.
This boat is actually very similar to the popular Maritime 21, Picnic Boat that works on the river Dart.
The Yanmar 30 diesel gives plenty of power and economy as well as being a very quiet engine.
She only draws 0.5 Metres and the deep cockpit gives you confidence that this is a great boat for all to enjoy, including the dog, on day and weekend adventures.
The canopy ensures that whatever the sun, wind or rain you can be comfortable on board.
Maintenance is straightforward and the classic lines make this a good investment.
The current owner purchased this boat 6 years ago as an ideal family and fishing boat for use in South Devon
She has been taken out of the water most winters and a cradle for transport is available.
Having made the difficult decision to sell the current owner took her out of the water, anti-fouled, and anodes renewed.
She is now back on her mooring.
