Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are pleased to offer this 1991 Fairline Turbo 36 for sale. One of the last few to be built, this example has been used as a liveaboard for the last nine years but has been very well maintained mechanically and the engine bay is completely spotless.

The Fairline Turbo 36 retains a cult following because of its large aft cabin, proper flybridge and excellent seagoing abilities thanks to the Olesinki hull. This version is specced with the 200hp TAMD-41's which both have under 1,000 hours on.

Fitted with new gearboxes on both engines in 2011, this boat is ready to head back out cruising but would probably benefit from some updated nav equipment and a plotter/autopilot being added.

Internally again the boat is very tidy and well looked after. The upholstery is original and looks dated but is not in bad condition.

This boat could continue to be used as a liveaboard and the leisure mooring at St Katharine Docks would be available to the new owner. Current mooring fee is £10,325 per annum (20% surcharge if used as a pied-a-terre). A 5% transfer fee (of the sale price) would also apply to keep the mooring.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
