Broker's Comments

This Stainless Steel Van De Stadt designed yacht is strong, seaworthy and built to last.

Owned for 14 years by the current owner, she has proven her passage making abilities across the channel, in the North Sea and locally in the South West where she has been to the Scillies on several occasions.

Good under sail with fractional rig & all lines leading aft or under power with a 48 HP Perkins, she also has the extra flexibility of bilge keels for shallow waters and tidal anchorages.

The layout down below is light airy, well arranged and quite spacious. The upholstery is a little dated but generally she seems in good order. The heads compartment is big enough to fit a shower, the Nav table with swinging seat is a good size and the quarter berth is very generous.

I think this is a New Year 2018 bargain and is definitely worth a look.
