Very well laid out accommodation. Stairs leading to main saloon which has ample seating and stowage. The joinery all looked to have lustre. Moving forward the heads is on the starboard side, and then the forward cabin. Aft of the saloon there is an aft cabin that combines a good sized galley with relatively large dining table and seating. The seating easily converts to a further good sized double bed.

Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
This is a nice example of a Birchwood Commodore 31. Excellent accommodation with plenty of stowage makes her a great vessel for passage making or even a livaboard. The interior is nice and dry and very well laid out. She benefits from an interior helm and a command bridge helm. There is seating in the cockpit and the double helm seat is ideal for if you have a companion. These are very sought after boats due to their build quality, performance and design.
