Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
This vessel has been maintained well by her owners who have lived board for the last 12 years. She is of sturdy construction, has uncluttered decks and wide side-decks which all appear to have been well maintained. Her interior is bright and airy, yet with a warm feel due to the quality wood that has been used. The joinery is excellent and the layout very sensible. This steel motor cruiser benefits from cabin heating too and is a fantastic houseboat. A serious vessel but easy to handle too, either for the novice or a seasoned sailor.
