This engine needs a good service but 3000 hours is nothing for a Lister. It has been started and hopefully the next owner will be able to cruise her if she or he wants to.

There is a lovely large kitchen area, with plenty of work space and storage, together with sink, oven and large fridge freezer. This area benefits from lots of natural light, and is a delightful area in which to socialise. Stairs lead down to a refurbished lounge, with a new wood and coal stove, and benefits from new skylight for natural light. Leading from this is a large double bedroom, again with plenty of storage. Through from this is a large shower room and toilet.
Back from the lounge there is a corridor leading each side, one to a utility area with washing machine and tumble drier, the other to a second toilet, and a large storage area that could become another bedroom.

This Humber Keel Barge benefits from being located on a Residential Mooring in Kent and this would be transferable to new owners subject to approval and contract with the marina operators.
This vessel has quite a history and was owned by the naval cadets in Wandsworth between 1985 and 2003 so you would expect that they had to observe maintaining the vessel. The current owner had a survey when she bought the vessel and is currently looking for it. At that time she was confident to go ahead with the purchase. She has done a lot of work on the vessel but her circumstances have changed so she is selling the barge. There is certainly some tlc that is required as you will see from the photographs but I think this barge is worth the effort.
